Pavilion 15-n031sg
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everybody.
I have an HP Pavilion 15-N031sg. After a BIOS update, the screen remains black and the notebook no longer boots up.
When I switch on the device, the fan runs, the hard disk and the operating LED lights up. No beeps or flashing LEDs can be seen. Even pressing the Windows + B keys and the on / off switch does not work.

I've already done the following:
1. RAM exchanged and RAM banks tested. OK.
2. Hard disk removed and tested. OK
3. External monitor connected. No picture
4. Tried BIOS reset via USB memory. Does not start.

I have no way of getting into the BIOS. Therefore I need instructions on how to reset the CMOS for this mainboard. Unfortunately I couldn't find any jumpers or anything like that.
Maybe someone else has an idea.

Thank you in advance.
