HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ag0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop started saying that the pen that came with my computer is not compatible with this computer anymore. It has worked before and all of a sudden stopped working. I have updated everything I could think of on the laptop and un and reinstalled the HP Pen Control app. I can't think of what else to do. Unfortunately my computer is out of warrantyCapture.PNG so there is only so much HP will do to help.
