I am using an Acer Chromebase as a public kiosk (using a Public Session) and have the HP Print for Chrome App pushed down automatically via the Google Admin Platform. The system boots up and logs in automatically to the public session as well as it logs out and back in every 20 minutes or so when idle. Each time it logs in, it displays a full page from HP Print for Chrome with 'How to Print' and 'For Admins' at the top. I have followed the 'For Admins' section to create a configuration file which seems to get pushed down to the device correctly in hopes it would satisfy the HP app to stop displaying that screen, but no luck. I can see in the notification tray where I can disable the HP Print for Chrome notifications, but that setting must get defaulted whenever the Public session reloads.
I tried to add *HP* into the Admin Console where you can block notifications from sites, but that did not seem to do the trick. Possible I did not do that correctly too.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to disable that notification screen from appearing each time? This is not the splash screen with the check box for the agreement, that went away when the config file was created.
Thank you for your help,
Dan
