Product: Officejet Pro 8620
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I purchased a new router - google nest wifi and not cannot connect my printer to wifi. I spoke with Google support and we tried a variety of problem solving: turned the router, modem and printer off/on; tried logging in on 2 networks and hotspot; reset printer; restored printer to factory settings. I get the error "network cannot be found" even though it does find my preferred networks and I type in the password(s). The Google support person said it is not a router issue and that the printer needs to be factory reset. He connected me to HP but I did not get a code and seems virtually impossible to contact a human. Please help. Thank you.
