Hello,
I got this NTB in my hands with the fact that it can't be switched on, after switching on, CAPS LOCK flashes twice quickly and then it starts flashing without interruption.
According to the HP instructions, CapsLock flashing 2x means that the BIOS is damaged, according to the instructions I loaded the BIOS to USB and tried to reinstall it according to the procedure.
Unfortunately, I don't succeed, because in all cases, after switching on, nothing appears on the display at all. It is black all the time, so I suspect that NTB only detects a problem from the BIOS, but I think is the fact that the graphics card is probably damaged.
Also, the only way to turn off the NTB is to disconnect it from the power supply and remove the battery.

Is my suspicion correct or is the cause and solution different?
