Product: Pro X2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop is asking for a password in the Authentication page of sure start. I do not remember the PW and nothing seems to work to bypass or reset this. This occurred after I tried to reset factory settings due to a blue screen that I was not able to fix. I was told that I have to replace the motherboard but I not sure about that. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance.
