Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem: after SLEEP, the computer crash, and in the blue screen apear an messaje with .. video card..

I reinstall both graphical cards drivers, even from HP site or Nvidia site, but I don't have any good results.

I cannot install the latest graphical card from Intel site .. it tell me that I don't have the product match (???).

My processor is an I7-8550U, and graphics Intel UHD Graphics 620.

I've installed an extra hdd in addition to the original SSD.

OS: windows 10 / 64 bits, build 16299.371 (1709/RS3) - download from Microsoft site and clean install.

 

What can I do?
