HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New laptop has a drop down slide for inserting the RJ45 networking cable.  However, the cable does not fit into the port.  Any tricks to help with this so that I don't break the port or the end on the cable please?   The cable will not fit into the jack port.
