Product: HP ProBook 450 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey!

 

So I recently bought an HP ProBook 450 G7 with Windows 10 pro on it, however the SYNAPTICS settings are missing on it. These settings are missing:

 

 


My laptop only has these settings:

And in Device Manager, under mice and other devices, there's only an "HID Compliant Mouse".

 

I've tried many methods, including updating my laptop, installing the SYNAPTICS driver via the SYNAPTICS webpage AND via the "Software and drivers for HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC" page, and I've restarted my laptop numerous times but nothing has worked! Those SYNAPTICS settings just don't show up! Can someone please help me fix this? I can't play my videogames without these settings.
