HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 640 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
One day I am turning on the notebook, but it does not start. The screen is blank, no hardwares working. When it is connected to a power source, the power button light and the power status light (under the laptop) is turned on but no other lights blinking. IS THE LAPTOP DEAD. Please HELP ME!!!!!!
