Hi To All,

I recently bought a new HP business laptop and I'm very disappointed with what I got. First issue HP claims that the battery on this laptop can run up to 14 hours. With just running a random website and doing a video conference call (Google Meet) I can't even get more than 6 hours.

Next, the laptop is hot to the touch while charging, and here are my observations. When running websites and video calls (google meet) the temperature can go up to 80 but while on battery mode it's only up to 60. Next again while charging and only running websites and watching videos on youtube the temperature is up to 60. Conclusion if I'm using if I'm doing video calls via google meet and charging at the same time that's the only time it's gets so hot to the touch.

Then the USB type 3.1 with (PD and display functions) right out of the box when I first started using this laptop it was able to power and deliver video signal to my external monitor (Lepow Z1 Gamut) which only requires 5V of power (even a power bank can supply power to my external monitor) then after only 2 weeks of using this laptop it stop giving power to my external monitor. The only time I can make this work is that I connect my external monitor to a power bank and then once I have a video signal I can disconnect the power bank which means I have to jumpstart my external monitor before the laptop can consistently supply power and video signal to the external monitor.

And taking long to fully charge this laptop using the power brick that came with the unit I don't know if that's normal. For example, if I'm using the laptop the estimated time to fully charge the unit from 20% is 4 hours. But if I use my type C charger with 65watts of power it can fully charge it from 20% to 100% in less than 2 hours. Is this normal?

Really poor experience and this laptop is new just bought it 2 weeks ago and this is not a cheap laptop. Is this laptop defective? HP please analyze the situation and give me your thoughts.
