HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 640 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my laptop for about a year now and my keyboard stopped working about a week ago. I have not been able to type on the keyboard, use the mute button, or airplane mode button. I cannot open BIOS due to the issue and I have not opened the computer except for switching hard drives, which is visible with just a couple of screws that are specific to that part. Thanks. 🙂
