I am having trouble powering on my HP Probook 6470b laptop. The charging LED (lightning bolt) is the only LED light that comes on. That LED comes on with the batery plugged into the laptop whether the power supply is plugged into the laptop or not. I have tried removing the battery and holding the power button for 2 minutes then plugging in the battery which makes the LED come on again. I have no response from the power button. I have also tried removing the battery and leaving the battery out and plugging in the power supply. Once the power supply gets plugged in (with the battery removed), the charging LED comes on and no response from the computer at all with the power button. Please advise.
