HP Probook 455 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Probook 455 G3 which works great. About a week ago on a plane, I noticed it was charging intermitently when plugged into the plane power supply. Upon getting home, I discovered it wasn't charging at all and even when plugged in was losing charged power. Now it sits at 0%.

I have run all the basic diagnostics. HP Support battery test says the battery is fine. Running a batter test through the Bios component test, the capacity is a little beneath 90% so they recommend changing but it isn't failed. The AC adapter test through Bios, said the AC adapter was fine.  Also, the fan is constantly running even if I just turn the computer on.

I have run all the basic fixes: updating bios and uninstalling the ACPI, pulling out the battery.

At this point, I really have no idea what to do. It doesn't seem like the battery is the problem but I have run the fixes that are supposed to fix the problem. I also doubt it is the battery because wide spread reports of fan running constantly when there is some type of code problem in the power system.

Any suggestions at this point would be appreciated.
