Product: Zbook 15u g5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I noticed an exclamation mark in the device manager next to the HP Q78 System Firmware item. The error used to say that the device could not be started. Somewhere on the board they recommended uninstalling and restarting.
After I did so, at booting up it showed a prompt to update the BIOS, but then it failed. I restarted after the error, and I was not prompted again. I logged back into windows and now it says that "This device cannot work properly until you restart your computer. (Code 14)"
The HP Q78 System Firmware driver version is 1.11.1.0
Any clue?
Thanks
