HP Recommended
Product: hp ELITEBOOK 850
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed our organisation image on an elitebook 850. When it starts up a message appears from HP Sure recover

which is - No opertaing system found on this system. Do you want to reinstall the operating system. To reinstall enter 4 digit code or press ESC to cancel.

 

When I press ESC it beeps and then starts up windows.

 

I have installed the diagnostics and run system and HDD checks and everything is OK 

 

Except for HP Sure

 

Can anyone help disable HP Sure.

 

HP Sure has not been installed on the image and I have updated the firmware and BIOS
