Hi HP Support,

 

I am highly disappointed by the service you guys are providing, One hand you say your product have global warranty and not able to resolve my issue because it is bought from another country. Here is my complete case.

 

I have bought HP Spectre 360 Convertible from USA and took it to India. There have been incident due to which my Glass of touch screen got broken, in the same regard i logged a complaint to HP India and i was ready to pay the amount for the part and they took 3 days with no response i got connected to the service center which was allocated to me and they also happened to call HP team and found out that the part is not available in India and the reply i got is even more surprising as they said that you will have to get this repaired from USA. What kind of Support is this when you don't have the global support for the Premium Product. Don't Sell them if you cant help your consumers.

 

Highly Disappointed.
