HP Recommended

Updated 5 days after purchase.The computer did not turn on again Black Screen error.Power button after a few attempts the fan works noisily.Caps look white and F8 and F11 flash red.Hp Turkey Service said the motherboard should change.This is really incredible.How this problem will be corrected.Should the motherboard change?
