Product: Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this problem for over a year where I have to hard reset my laptop (hold the power button for 15 seconds) to get it charging again. If the laptop is on for more than a few hours, the charging light goes white and then never turns off, including when it is unplugged. The battery will continue to drain even when it is plugged in. If I want to turn the white light off, I need to hard power-off my laptop. I have updated all my drivers and the bios and the problem still persists. Does anybody have a solution? Is the charging board bad?
