Hi!

So I received a pair of AirPods for Christmas but I've been having a bit of trouble. My current issue is that the output device for the Airpods does not work and I'm not sure how to fix this. It's a similar issue I faced with a previous pair of Bluetooth earphones (Beats) to the point that I stopped using those for my laptop and use the laptop audio to watch videos or listen to music. 

 

If anyone could recommend any advice it would be appreciated! Or if you need further details or clarification please reply as I wasn't sure what to include.
