What's the difference between DYN_BUNDLE_0003818_8NF08EA_ABU and DYN_BUNDLE_0003818_8NF11EA_ABU?

 

They seem to have the same specs, same price yet two differant part numbers?

 

Also, any idea when the 15 inch 2020 edition will be available in the UK
