HP Spectre x360 Conv 15- eb0001na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening,

I am trying to connect 2 x Philips 243V7QJAB/79 24" monitors to my HP Spectre x360 Conv 15- eb0001na  laptop.

One is connecting fine via HDMI.

For the 2nd monitor I have tried to solutions:

1. Using a Unitek A1034NI USB 3.0 to USB-C adapter, then connecting a USB-C to HDMI cable to the monitor, the screen is not even detected in dispaly setting using this method.

2. I have a Bonelk USB-C 6in1 Multiport Adapter, when I connect the HDMI cable from this to the HDMI port on the monitor the screen is detected in the display settings but I cannot extend the desktop to the screen. The power button simply flashes but nothing shows up. When I go into advance settings it says 'Display 2 isn't active' (the monitor in question).

I have attached pictures below for reference. Can anyone help me with a solution for this problem? Is there another work around, do I need to use a different adapter setup or do I require a 'docking station'.

Thanks in advance.
