Product: HP Spectre X360 convertible

I was given a HP Spectre X360 convertible that won't boot. Apparently the battery ran out during  a Macrium Reflect image recovery. Upon boot, I get the following message on the Recovery screen: Your device needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. You'll need to use recovery tools, Error code 0X0000225. I went to the HP support website and checked on the cloud recovery option but it isn't available for this device. To the best of his knowledge, the device came with Windows 8 and he upgraded to Windows 10 when it became available. I was able to get to the product information page. The product ID number is NSR93UA#ABA, the serial number is **bleep**. I do have a Macrium Reflect image from about a month ago, but it won't recognize it so it can be used. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
