spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I have a spectre x360 2020 with 10th gen processor and it is great and all but when I use it in "performance mode" (I guess it is to unlock the 25Watt), the laptop shuts down after 30 seconds of playing or intensive usage. I suspect it is due to an overheat problem, the fan don't even have time to rev up.

- Setting in BIOS "fan alwase on" doesn't do anything, don't work even after all the bios updates. (<--- do semething for that too guys please)

- Better thermal paste doesn't help.

- Laptop put vertical for the heat to exit doesn't help.
