HP Spectre x360 & HP V28 4K Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP Spectre PC (specs below).  I've recently added an HP V28 4K monitor to my config.

I'm connecting through the USBC port to a VAKO hub, and then through HDMI to the monitor.

Despite trying everything (latest windows update, latest display driver, latest monitor driver etc etc), I still cannot get a resolution higher than 2560 x 1600.  I see the monitor can cope with 3840 x 2160.

It's not the monitor, the hub or the cable, as I get this resolution when I plug a macbook in using the same config.

Any ideas on what more I can do, please?
