HP Spectre x360 13-ac033dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, I have this issue with my Spectre x360 where I will get these random freezes for a couple of seconds and the PC becomes unusable until I sleep/wake it, or reboot it.

I have fully updated Windows 10 Pro and newest drivers are installed (and I even installed the newest Intel AC 8265 as per some of the other threads) and the problem still persists - it's driving me crazy and unable to work.

This can happen once a day or 15 times in a row, it doesn't really have any pattern (that I can see) - I could be browsing or programming, it doesn't matter.

I don't think it's a hardware issue as Ubuntu 17.10 works normally (though the touchpad support sucks in Linux) and rock solid without freezes. S.M.A.R.T. status returns everything OK, and I also did memory testing - everything was fine.

I have recorded a short video to illustrate the problem (watch the mouse cursor and alt tabbing):

Thanks in advance!
