HP AN000NA
Linux

Hi

My HP AN000NA takes ages to boot, and im sure it didnt when I got it.  Fimrware is updated to the latest F.84 revision and ive reset the factory defaults in the BIOS/UEFI.  I also tried removing power and battery and holding the power button for 30 seconds.

I got some stats from systemd-analyse (i use linux) and it takes between 14 and 19 seconds in the firmware before the boot loader is shown

piggz@linux-f1uu ~ $ systemd-analyze S

tartup finished in 19.081s (firmware) + 1.390s (loader) + 3.222s (kernel) + 1.886s (initrd) + 2.609s (userspace) = 28.189s

It just has a black screen for those 19 seconds, then displays the boot loader, and the rest of the boot takes less than 10 seconds.  I cant imaging why it sits there so long.

Any ideas?
