Product: HP Pro

I turned on my computer and the HP window popped up and started flashing repeatedly. I was able to push the escape key when the HP flashed. I could go in and cycle through the F keys. I tried to run diagnostics on hard drive and says not supported. I did a hard restart of removing battery and pressing pwr button for 15 seconds and it did the same thing, the flashing HP start up window.
