Product: HP ProBook 440 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently installed HP Support Assistant on my device to get the updates that Windows Update doesn't give me. I installed HP Support Assistant version 9.7.536.0, which is the latest version and fully supported on my PC. However, when I successfully installed it and signed in with my account, the Software and Drivers button and Updates button wouldn't work, preventing me from getting updates.

Please help.
