Hi anyone,
i want an open discussion.
We are a company with about 1400 clients and about 15 IT member.
At the moment we share one account to create cases so that every case gets into the same "shared inbox". This is the thing i want to keep.
But i want to change the way how the cases are created and managed.
So that every user gets his own account and can manage his tasks.
And i don't want the user to copy and paste everything. So i can create sites but this not working at our old account.
I want to press a button in our asset management and let the fields fill out automatically. Is this even possible? Or are there no external public APIs?
I can't imagine that bigger companies using copy and paste to create their cases.
