HP Recommended

I'm working with SDM+SSM in order to script and automate drivers download and install. I have an issue with some SPs that  are not downloaded by SDM and SupportAssistant detects as not installed on the notebook. I'm trying to troubleshoot SP76114 on EliteBook 840 G3.

However if I select SP76114 and download it from SDM interface, this SP is downloaded correctly in the SDM repository.

 

Can anyone  help me ?
