HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've a new HP Elitebook running Windows 10, which worked very fine until I installed LibreOffice (version 6.4.2, from official site).

During setup, it wanted to close HP Sure Run and didn't succeed, but installation process continued, finished and LibreOffice runs well.

But since, I have constant red alerts from HP that HP Sure Sense folder (in Program Files) is missing, as some files  like DeepRansomDriver.sys - DeepStaticDriver.sys - DeepMgmtDriver.sys in system32\drivers.

I tried to re-download HP Sure Sense from support, but install always fails with an error message : "a program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected".

I disabled the network deconnexion to avoid losing Internet access, but I'd like to be able restoring Sure Sense.

Thanks for your help !HP-Sure-Sense.png
