Hi, when I open a Word file on my new laptop it displays nothing but the ribbon, of which no buttons are selectable, nothing can be clicked. What I have to do is right click the top quick access bar and select "Remove Protection", which then scans the file for threats with Sureclick, and eventually opens the file for me.
Is there a way for me to disable HP Sureclick for word, pdf, excel files etc but leave the internet explorer / chrome option enabled?
Thanks
