HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-df1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

the Display Ports on my G2 Dock have stopped working after Windows 10 update:

The configuration is:

  • Spectre x360 15-df1 (ProdID: 8KG81EA#ABD)
  • Thunderbolt Dock G2 120W (ProdID L14714-001)
  • Samsung  Samsung Q9FN 55" 4K

The dock working fine, until Windows 10 Update (1909 to 2020), after that DP stopped working.

What I've tried so far:

  • updated Dock firmware to latest version 1.0.63.1 Rev.A (sp106102) (latest)

  • updated Thunderbolt Controller - 15EB driver to 1.41.914.0 / 12.05.2020 (latest)
  • updated Nvidia driver to 27.21.14.5730 / 06.11.2020 (latest 457.30)
  • updated HP Spectre x360 15-df1 BIOS to F.23 Rev.A 24.10.2020 (latest)
  • switched 3 different DP cable

Nothing worked, when I plug the TV, the secondary screen that appears cannot be activated (extend or duplicate image).

The problem is identically to the one described here:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Thunderbolt-Dock-G2-Display...

Please help us use the Display Ports on our HP Spectre x360 15-df1 + HP Dock G2.

Thank you,
