HP Recommended
Product: MacBook Pro14,3
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am trying to use HP Thunderbolt with  MacBook Pro 14,3 (15 inch, 2017).

(Quad core intel i7, 2.9 Gz, Radeon Pro 560 4GB, Intel HD Graphics 630 1.5GB, 16GB Ram) 

 

It is giving me all kinds of issues like :-

1. Internet connectivity (Ethernet)

2. External monitor causing the MBP to reboot.

3. User accounts unable to login, except the admin account.

 

Things I have already attempted:-

1. Check for Software updates.

2. Reset SCM and NVRAM (I think i did this as in i did press and hold the keys needed during bootup, it may have not been successful).

3. I have not checked for GPU cards driver updates. I think I shall do that next. 

 

What else can be done to make the HP Thunderbotl dock more compatible with MacBookPro ?
