Product: HP 15s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've recently purchase an HP laptop HP 15s-fq1003na Full-hd which has a HP TrueVision HD camera installed.

I cannot get my video image to to show when I am using the ZOOM app. Can you help please.
