Hi guys. I have a problem with HP Trust Circles.

Last week I intalled  HP Trust Cicles and added some folder into My trust circle. Because I didin't add any members to my Circle, I was the only member of it.
To day, I "ghosted" my computer (the ghost image file were created 2 week ago). When all done, I log in my computer and see all files in folders that I added to Trust Circles were renamed into "FileName (Protected .FileExtension).tef".
I intalled HP Trust Circles again. But when I opened it, it asked me created new accout. I used the old email which I used to sign up before. But it didn't save my previous use times. Now I can't  unprotect my files  by HPTC because they don't located in my  current Circles.
What should I do?

plz help
