Sorry for posting on the wrong board, I was sent here by HP support and cannot find a suitable place for this dicussion.

 

 

 

We have a HP UPS R/T3000 with 1 connected ERM. We would like a more detailed explanation on how to configure the UPS with 0, 1 or 2 ERM modules, as it appears to to cause issues with battery output if an ERM module is unplugged.
