Product: HP 2013 Ultraslim docking station

I've connected the docking station to a power outlet.  The power button does not light up.  When the laptop is connected to the docking station,  it does  not feed video to the monitors.  I've confirmed the outlet works by plugging other devices into it.  What else can I try?
