Product: Pavilion 15-cw1026ur
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I am using Linux Mint 20.2 for professional reasons. But sometimes I need to use my laptop's webcam.

 

None of the programs I've tried could suggest using a camera with a resolution higher than 640x480. Which, as it seems to me, is not at all like the FHD that appears in the name of the camera.

 

All searches for a separate driver for this camera did not lead to anything, it says everywhere that the camera is normally supported by the kernel starting from version 4.5.

 

How can I solve my problem?
