Product: Pavilion X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Team,

 

I just got my new Laptop HP X360 Pavilion and it requested for registering the Microsoft details and i was doing it. And thats it i'm unable to enter any word or letter or make any movement on the screen. I cannot stop laptop completely or either restart it.

 

i tried holding shift button for 10-20 seconds also but nothing worked. And also found these old HP customer pages and tried  with fn+f5 or Fn+f12 all..but no use..Its a brand new laptop and not even used..Just started and struck with the keypad locked.
