Product: HP Zbook 15 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am having an issue with the HP Zbook G5 with the 230 Watt Thunderbolt Dock G2 w/Combo Cable.
Everything is working fine (with a few hiccups here and there with the display cutting out momentarily when gaming).
However, it is not charging. I have verified that the BIOS on the computer is up to date, the Thunderbolt software is installed, there are no missing device drivers in Device Manager, etc.
It maintains the power level of the laptop, however, it does not charge it.
I'm at my wits end for several reasons (long history of different docks and getting all the right drivers, etc)
