HP ZBook Studio x360 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone

I bought recently HP ZBook Studio x360 G5 and it is the only device at my place that has constant interuppptions with wifi, basically it connect for few seconds and then disconnects (exclamation mark at the wifi symbol). THe modem (Arris TG2492LG modem) is working just fine , checked with the provider + as mentioned all other devices work perfectly fine with it.

Furthermore the laptop connects to other wifi networks , I checked at the office, school and even mobile hotspot.

windows diagnastoic say "windows cant coommunicate with the device or resource (primary dns server)

hp network check shows - connection issue 310

and it purges dns resolver cache, but it does not help

Any idea what could be the issue?

Plz help cause it's supper annoying

Piotr
