Product: HP ZBook 15 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
My ZBook 15 G4 does not turn on after disconnecting it from the power supply.
Once the device was running without the power supply, it does not turn on again. I have to press the power button hundreds of times. In between this also more than 10 seconds to simulate the disconnection of the battery. Then the CAPS Lock button also lights up. Sometime after 30 to 45 minutes of pressing the power button, the ZBook turns on.
Does anyone have an idea?
