Product: HP Probook x360 440 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Active 839082-003 pen doesn't work on my HP Probook anymore. Worked perfectly till last week. Changed batteries, paired again, nothing works.

Pressing the button on top long blinks a blue light (not red so bluetooth-batteries are full I presume).

Pressing the button short opens the program I selected but writing or selecting or whatever doesn't work.

 

Does anyone know what the problem may be??

Have installed sp80343.exe allready: no results.
