HP Recommended

I bought an HP envy x360 that came installed with a Realtek HD audio SST driver and Bang and Olufsen controls. Any audio that plays through the headphone jack sounds awful. I've sent the laptop back once and tried reinstalling the driver but every time the problem continues or the Bang and Olufsen equalizer disappears. Can anyone think of a solution for this?
