Product: HP G6 EE
Operating System: Chrome OS

I am a Chromebook technician for a school district. The model in question has been one of the toughest Chromebooks to fix and diagnose. Were having several students come in saying that their devices are not powering on even though they have been fully charged(sometimes the case).  What I'm having to do is use a spare battery in the device boot it up then wash the device, then put the original battery back and wash again for it to boot properly. I currently have one now that will not power on at all. Is there a fix im missing.  Ive contacted HP before and they said to leave it on the charger for a day but that doesn't work either.
