Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Recently my company bought me HP elitebook G1 1050 in Sweden for a professional usage for 21000kr.
I am happy about it. The only issue I have is I can not connect an external screen through docking station by USB type C to my laptop.

 

The model of docking station is "Prokord Workplace Charging Dockingsstation 5K". (Probably it is a Skandinavian brand but popular).

And the display model is Lenovo ThinkVision P24H which supports USB Type C. (Lenovo or apple users have no issue with the docking station model and the display model)

Currently I connect the screen directly through USB type C to my laptop. But It is really frustrating to pay a alot and one of the most important things does not work. 

 

Note:

- Graphic card driver is updated.

- Bios is updated.

 

 

Can you please help me with that?
