I just bought HP ENVY x360 convertible 15-ee0xxx and I have a problem with charging it.

When the laptop is powered on the charger doesn't work. Wen i unplug power cord going in to the charger brick (one that goes from wall plug to the charger) then the laptop starts charging and stops after 5-15 seconds. When i unplug / plug cable that goes from charger to the laptop then nothing happens. Now only way to charge it is to turn it off.

I updated windows and all its components.
I went through HP support assistant update and installed them all including BIOS update.

I tried (recommended on other threads) uninstalling battery driver from device manager and it didn't help, although there is no way to unplug the battery (in some threads there is mention to do so before booting system after prior device uninstallation).

Only thing that i didn't do is and battery calibration but this is going to take a long time, but im in process of starting the calibration.

What is the course of such issue, how to fix it if battery calibration doesn't help ?
