Hello

Every time I open HP envy command center and select one of the options in the thermal profile tab, it's like nothing happens. Laptop's fan speed does not change even slightly

And when I  switch to another tab or close the window and reopen it again,  the option i selected is unchecked, like if I never checked it in the first place. It seems like it does not even recognize me selecting any of the options.

Selecting any of the options does not seem to do anything

And it doesn't even recognize my system informations

Reinstalling or reseting the app did not help

I would like to get most of my laptop, and even as it seems like such a detail, I am unable to controll the temperature and performance of it properly which annoys me.
